I recently purchased a lower crown fedora for a 1940's themed dinner gala. I am very satisfied with my purchase, this is a very comfortable hat. I received my fedora quickly but only had time to wear it around the house for a few minutes before I attended the gala. Needless to say, this hat is comfortable right out of the box, I wore it for several hours at the gala and I hated to take it off when I got home. This hat seems to be of a good quality, very soft and light. I especially like the lower crown as it is more comparable to wearing a baseball cap, which is what I usually wear. I must say though, this hat is more comfortable than a cap. After wearing this fedora for a night, I found myself wishing that the fedora would come back in style, so that I would have a reason to wear it more often.
