Jos. A. Bank makes an incredible Executive 2-Button Wool Suit with Center Vent Jacket and Pleated Front Trousers. I bought this suit recently in one of their stores and it came in very handy at several social functions where I had to wear a suit.

The charcoal color I selected matches well with a white shirt (either button down or without a button collar) and I suppose a blue shirt would look well with this, too. Charcoal also makes it easy to select different color ties for the man to wear along with this suit.

Despite this suit being sold for such a reasonable price (at least as of the time that I write this), it doesn't look even remotely near anything cheap or poorly made. The wool is very finely stitched and the center vent of the jacket looks good while giving this suit a classic touch. The two-button style jacket gives the suit a classic touch as well. In addition, I would recommend wearing this suit with a neutral black belt.

Although I am somewhat overweight, I was told not to be afraid of the pleated front trousers. Some people say that pleats in the front of the pants look better on a man of normal weight; but there's actually a very important use for the pleats on a guy like me who's got a 42 inch waist. The pleats actually do look OK--but the real big advantage is that they give the man more room when he sits down or stands up; so in actuality the pleats help to hide the excess weight I carry.

Even when I had to pack the suit for a trip to Florida, it stood up amazingly well when folded carefully in my suitcase. Sure, I had folded it with care but because of airline regulations I was not allowed to carry this onboard the plane in a plastic suit carrier; and I worried that when I got to Florida the suit would be a rumpled mess from all the motion during the flight and the suitcase possibly being thrown around at both airports. Amazingly, after I arrived at my hotel in Florida I opened my suitcase to see that the suit had NOT wrinkled; and I wore it that night without having to worry about my appearance.

Overall, I highly recommend this neutral, classic suit for guys who need a finely made suit at a very reasonable price. You won't regret this purchase!
